Individual Apartments at Allouez Parkside Village

Allouez Parkside Village is unique in that we have 4 various floor plans to choose from ranging from 292 square feet to 506 square feet.

We have 29 apartments consisting of 15 memory care and 14 assisted living apartments. Our apartments come equipped with a full size refrigerator and full size microwave in the kitchenette. They also come with extended cable at no additional charge to our residents.

The central heat and central air conditioning can be personally controlled for individual comfort. All of our apartments are handicap accessible.

All our apartments offer the extra security of call lights by the beds and in the bathrooms for ease in getting assistance when needed.

Allouez Parkside Village apartments offer a patented air renewal system within each apartment to help keep our community air fresh and free of unwanted odors. Our apartments are light, bright and cheery, and all have windows to the outdoors.
